out of creating a skin care routine. You know the basics - rest, drink water and cleanse - but
what about everything else? Check out these three tips for glowing skin.
1. Don’t skip moisturizer - even if you have oily skin! For the best results, apply your
moisturizer right after cleansing while your skin is still damp to promote lasting hydration.
2. Exfoliate - but gently and only a few times a week. Exfoliation gets rid of built-up dead
skin that sits on the skin’s surface. Try not to scrub too hard though - this will damage
skin.
3. Vitamins are good to eat but they can also do wonders for your skin! Products with
vitamin A, C, D and E are great for protecting your skin against free radicals, reducing
acne and can also stop signs of aging.
4. Don’t skip sunscreen! Even when it’s cloudy. Even when it’s raining. Even when it’s
winter. It’s the best way to stop premature aging and should be reapplied every 3-4
hours.
5. Create a routine...even if it’s a simple one. You don’t need a 12 step nighttime routine for
glowing skin. Cleanse, moisturize, protect - add in the occasional face mask and
exfoliator and you’re good to go!
